Building Pro Solutions will do test patterns at no charge to assure that the substrate will provide the proper criteria for chemical reaction.  We are committed to solving your problems not just selling you products so pre-testing the project can eliminate any concerns before the job is started. 

Building Pro Solutions assists specifiers in creating specifications of represented products.  With our knowledge of the competitive market, we can assist the specifier to create the proper “equals” list to provide competitive bids.
We can assist in the writing of a scope of work for a project particularly where a design professional is not required.
​Building Pro Solutions with their relationship with design professionals can also guide building owners to a design professional when one is needed.   We assist the contractor in estimating material cost, as well as verify the installation process to ensure labor cost accuracy.

Building Pro Solutions offers the specifiers lunch & learn seminars on Integral Waterproofing and products we represent. In addition, we offer continuing education credit courses.
