Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) penetrate deep into the concrete substrate to first purge chlorides and other contaminants, then seals the capillary system around the reinforcing steel to prohibit oxidation of the metal.  Creto TopSeal water repellent can then be applied to seal the top surface of the concrete without changing its profile.
