Whether you are dealing with new construction or in-service concrete, Creto can solve your flooring problems.  In new construction Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) can slow hydration reducing and/or eliminating shrinkage cracks,in addition to making the concrete waterproof from day one.  On in-service concrete,  Creto DPS can block hydrostatic pressure driven moisture permanently, eliminating peeling/blistering paint, mold & mildew under the floor covering. The DPS leaves the concrete surface with a pH of 7-8 making it compatible with most new floor adhesives and coverings. The DPS is also an excellent concrete densifier providing an excellent surface for polishing. On in-service concrete, Creto Deep Clean  can remove stains caused by dirt, grease, oil, acids and mineral deposits.
